We operate one of the largest voice XML platforms in the UK with 1200 ports of immediately available capacity. Our partnership agreement allows for us to rapidly scale up the platform to deal with specific events or opportunities where more than 1200 concurrent calls need to be handled.
Working together, we host applications for Genesys customers who do not wish to purchase, host and operate their own equipment, lowering the barrier to entry for these organisations.
